Insufficient words!
There are no such words as the words I need to truly express my gratitude to Rich who has "saved" me from horrid computer difficulties many times. He is amazingly patience with my frustration that my computer just does not always understand my instructions. Anyhow, let's hear it for Rich!

It's always Brian this, and Brian that and Brian is sooooo wonderful.

Sorry Rich, but I totally agree with Mom on this one... you ARE an amazing, patient computer teacher and computer problem solver. I have always appreciated the way you can talk me through anything on the computer.
Well, Shellie, has he constantly requested that you call Brian when you need help - yes, the same Brian that never answers his phone or returns calls? - well, hardly ever, anyway!
